Project Description

The objective was to prepare these professionals to take the CIPM exam, increasing their expertise in the privacy domain. Additionally, they were trained on the nuances of a new privacy law, its effective implementation, and its integration with their data management framework, promoting a holistic and robust approach to data privacy and security within their respective governmental departments.

Project Description

The Government of Guatemala sought assistance from the Deloitte-Tetra Tech consortium to facilitate the concession process of the La Aurora International Airport in Guatemala City. This involved comprehensive support in financial, legal, and technical aspects to ensure a successful concession arrangement. Tetra Tech, a renowned global engineering and consulting firm, brought their expertise in infrastructure development and project management to contribute to the project’s effective implementation and optimization.

Objectives

The project under the public-private partnership (PPP) scheme aims to modernize, expand, and enhance the security of the airport, with an estimated investment of US $175,000,000.
